Warranty Policy
Delivery
Orders are generally processed on our system within 24-48 hours after they have been received.
Customers may elect to either have our logistics partners deliver, or alternatively, independently arrange for collection from our Warehouse in Johannesburg at their own cost.
For orders received on items that are in stock, customers will be contacted by our logistics team to arrange a mutually convenient delivery/collection date.
Delivery for orders on items that are in stock is 5 to 10 working days from bank payment clearance.
Order Process
✔️ Each item is made on order once a 50% deposit has been made.
✔️ Once your order is complete, we will invite you to our workshop to view the final product and settle the remaining amount.
✔️ Thereafter, the item will be released for delivery.
✔️ Lead time is 5/7 working days. We also do not offer laybys or COD.
✔️ Each item comes with a 2 year warranty.
✔️ The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance between your location and our warehouse.
