Delivery

Orders are generally processed on our system within 24-48 hours after they have been received.

Customers may elect to either have our logistics partners deliver, or alternatively, independently arrange for collection from our Warehouse in Johannesburg at their own cost.

For orders received on items that are in stock, customers will be contacted by our logistics team to arrange a mutually convenient delivery/collection date.

Delivery for orders on items that are in stock is 5 to 10 working days from bank payment clearance.

Order Process

A 50% deposit is required before production will commence.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of Sofa Symphony’s Master Terms & Conditions.
The remaining balance is payable before delivery or collection.
Lead times commence once the deposit has been received and all order specifications have been confirmed.
All lead times are estimates and may be affected by supplier delays, public holidays, load shedding or other events beyond our reasonable control.
As each item is handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions, stitching, timber grain, fabric texture and colour may occur and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all furniture can be safely delivered through entrances, hallways, staircases, lifts and into the intended room.
Where delivery cannot be completed due to restricted access at the property, any remanufacture, modification, storage, collection or redelivery costs will be for the Customer’s account.
Custom-manufactured furniture is generally not returnable simply because of a change of mind or personal preference, subject always to the Consumer Protection Act.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their products before delivery and must report any visible defects within 7 Business Days of delivery or collection.
All furniture carries a 24-month workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the Warranty Policy.
Furniture should be cared for in accordance with Sofa Symphony’s Furniture Care Guide to maintain its appearance and warranty coverage.
Storage fees may apply where completed goods are not collected or delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the Customer.
Prices are valid for 14 calendar days unless otherwise stated.
By accepting this quotation and paying the required deposit, the Customer confirms that they have reviewed the product specifications and accept the above terms.
